For a model diet:

Start with resisting the urge to compare yourself to other models.

Focus on what’s healthy for you.

Take good care of yourself and your health.

Exercise regularly and meet with a dietitian for sound nutritional advice.

Go in for a regular physical check-up to make sure that your body stays healthy while you continue with your eating, exercise, and modeling plans.

Above all:

Make sure your getting eight glasses of water a day, lots of veggies, and be conscious of how much sitting you do.

Choose healthier foods, Processed and fried foods are what will get you.

Stop watching as much TV and became more active going for walks, runs, the gym, etc. Just keep MOVING. Park as far away from stores as you can, etc. It all ads up.

To burn fat and get lean, you must put your anaerobic system to work. This means your weight training exercises and cardio exercises should last only for about 60 seconds or less. Using this system is so inefficient for your body (heart) that it makes burning fat much more effective.

Try to get at least 8 hrs of sleep, if you don’t you will eat more, its been proven! Don’t stress about it, be conscious about it.

Also stay away from diet soda, horrible for you and makes weight loss more difficult.

i jus need someone help. I have been taking Xenical pills and my doctor ask me to follow a low fat diet plan but i have no idea, how to make a diet plan and stick to it. Can anyone please help me and make me a low fat diet plan wich sould include indian food i jus love indian food. Boots they do the same diet pill but they are not giving me the diet plan, dose anyone have that too? PLEASE HELP ME

Need an easy low carb diet?

My doctor recommended the diet by Dr. Mercola. He has a book out called "The No-Grain Diet". It isn’t as harsh as Atkins, but allows lots of low-carb vegetables, and very little fruit, at some point (like Granny Smith apples).

Problem is, his recipes are so gourmet, I would spend my entire day shopping and cooking.

I need a no-frills easy low-carb diet menu. Does anyone have any suggestions for a low-carb menu? Thanks in advance.

you could buy the lean body carb watch meal replacement sachets. total nutrition in a low cal formula. you dont need to eat anything else with this.

or have soupy meals. my dietician says to keep stock handy. put chicken and veg pieces in stock. let it come to a boil. 0 fat and power-packed.

  4. Protein, Protein, Protein – Eat A LOT OF PROTEIN

7 Day Diet Plan For Rapid Fat Loss – Lose Stubborn Belly Fat

Here is an easy to follow 7 day diet plan for someone looking to shed fat and build muscle.  Keep in mind this diet isn’t a one size fits all solution.  You will need to taylor it to your individual caloric needs.  It’s very possible to realize the body of your dreams if you make a plan and implement that plan.  In order to have success you must plan for it.  

It makes things a heck of a lot easier during the work week if you batch prepare all of your food for the week.  Partition out your food for each meal into plastic or glass containers for all the days of the week.  When you leave for work that morning just take the 4-5 containers you need for the day and throw them in a cooler to take to work with you.  If you don’t have access to a microwave then just eat it cold.  

This is a one day sample for a 7 day diet plan:

Meal 1  - Immediatley after waking

  • protein shake (2 scoops of whey and 12oz water mixed)
  • 1 cup oatmeal 
  • 1 orange

Meal 2 – 2 hours later 

  • 1 serving grilled chicken 
  • 2 cup Steamed Spinach 
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil drizzled over cooked spinach

Meal 3 – 2 hours later 

  • 1 can of tuna packed in water 
  • 2 cups steamed broccoli 
  • 12 almonds 

Meal 4 - 2 hours later 

  • 1 tbsp of natural no sugar added peanut butter
  • 1 bannana

Meal 5 - 2 hours later 

  • 12 oz Salmon
  • 1 cup Brown Rice 
  • 2 cup Chopped Zucchini 

Meal 6 - 2 hours later 

  • 6oz chicken 
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup rice

When you start eating more protein and replace low fiber or refined carbohydrates with vegetables, fruits, nuts and healthy fats you will see a rapid body transformation.  You will have more energy, burn more fat, and experience a more restful sleep, and best of all naturally!
