7 day diet plan for models?
i need a 7 day diet plan for models and what they would eat SERIOUSLY please.
cigarettes and champagne if you wanna be a top model
For a model diet:
Start with resisting the urge to compare yourself to other models.
Focus on what’s healthy for you.
Take good care of yourself and your health.
Exercise regularly and meet with a dietitian for sound nutritional advice.
Go in for a regular physical check-up to make sure that your body stays healthy while you continue with your eating, exercise, and modeling plans.
Above all:
Make sure your getting eight glasses of water a day, lots of veggies, and be conscious of how much sitting you do.
Choose healthier foods, Processed and fried foods are what will get you.
Stop watching as much TV and became more active going for walks, runs, the gym, etc. Just keep MOVING. Park as far away from stores as you can, etc. It all ads up.
To burn fat and get lean, you must put your anaerobic system to work. This means your weight training exercises and cardio exercises should last only for about 60 seconds or less. Using this system is so inefficient for your body (heart) that it makes burning fat much more effective.
Try to get at least 8 hrs of sleep, if you don’t you will eat more, its been proven! Don’t stress about it, be conscious about it.
Also stay away from diet soda, horrible for you and makes weight loss more difficult.

Don’t know if models use this but the British Heat Foundation Cabbage Soup diet is good. You generally lose 1 stone in the first 7 days, (but it says you should do it for 14 only) then low fat foods. Its pain to do – cos its boring, but you don’t go hungry.

go to the gym every morning and swim as much as you can in one week. I have been doing this for the past week as i was becoming really unhappy with my body and it works far better than any diet! The results are quick and i feel great!

The only way to really loose weight is to eat less and exercise more.
if you want to loose weight fast i would make sure you drink atleast 2 liters of walter day,
porage in the morning apple for lunch and small low fat dinner, snacks can be frute

Good stuff, thanks…I’d like to know what you would recommend in my situation. My goal is to shed about 15 pounds in the next couple of months and finally have six pack abs. But there are so many different “systems” out there and I have no idea which one to trust. Can somebody point me towards a good plan for burning fat and adding muscle?
