i jus need someone help. I have been taking Xenical pills and my doctor ask me to follow a low fat diet plan but i have no idea, how to make a diet plan and stick to it. Can anyone please help me and make me a low fat diet plan wich sould include indian food i jus love indian food. Boots they do the same diet pill but they are not giving me the diet plan, dose anyone have that too? PLEASE HELP ME<br />
