Does anyone know of a safe, I repeat SAFE over the counter diet pill that I can try that won’t give me the “jumpies”? It seems like most of them make me skittish and keep me awake at night which then makes me all grumbly the next day. I am open to any suggestions as long as they don’t cost an arm and a leg. Thanks in advance. S.

Calorie shifting has really radicalized my approach to dieting. I do not believe how fast and easy this losing weight has become. The concepts of caloric shifting are amazingly simple and streight forward.

I have utilized calorie cycling and it was amazingly effective at helping me get rid of extra weight. I would recommend this protocol because it is painless.
