Living in a world where society is constantly pushing the magic fat burning pill can be a bit overwhelming when you’re embarking on the path to getting your health, diet and fitness life handled for the first time. The human race has done alright thus far without the aid of store shelves busting with weight loss and diet products. A lot companies try to make you think your body may not even be capable of burning fat naturally. There is a way, it’s called eating a nutritious fat burning diet.

Most people already know this, but most body fat accumulation is from eating more calories than you exert on a daily basis. In short calories in are greater than calories out. There is a way to burn body fat naturally in your kitchen. Did you know that by just having the knowledge of what foods will help you burn fat and which will you make you gain fat, you could lose as much as 2-5lb a month!

The reason this works more protein and fiber you eat, the harder your body has to work to break down the whole unprocessed foods. When your body works harder, even through the digestive process you will burn extra calories. Most fast and convenient foods are designed to be quickly and easily consumed, which will make you gain fat. When you eat whole, natural foods in their unprocessed form you will be naturally burning fat via your increased food metabolism, or break down.

The methodology of eating 5-6 small meals or portions a day is a proven, highly effective way to blast fat, put on muscle, and keep your energy levels high. An easy way to implement this today is to take your three meals you normally eat, only eat ½ of what you normally would and then eat the other ½ about two hours later.  This is a great way to kick off your fat burning diet.

Fat Burning Diets – Incorporate Foods That Burn Fat!

Posted under fat burning diets

When you’re choosing and reviewing potential fat burning diets make sure you find one that has shown to consistently produce results.  Food won’t actually burn fat, but there are foods that make it harder for your body to break them down causing more calories to be burned to extract the macro nutrients.  You also shouldn’t have to break the bank to make your diet work for you.

Always try to fit calcium into your fat burning diet.  There are great sources of calcium other than dairy such as spinach, kale, oranges (yup!), beans, and salmon.  Three servings of calcium a day has been shown to increase fat loss rate. Dairy is one of the best sources of calcium, but it’s nice to know you don’t have to eat yogurt every single day.

You should also consider adding the spices cinnamon and garlic to your meals everyday.  My favorite vectors for cinnamon consumption are sprinkling it on my toast with natural peanut butter or right into a cup of coffee. Garlic can be added to eggs at breakfast and stiry fry at dinner.

Health Benefits of Cinamon

  • Lowers LDL (BAD) Cholesterol
  • Helps regulate blood sugar
  • Has anti-clotting effect on blood
  • Natural anti-inflammatory
  • Can be used on food as a natural preservative
  • Some studies have found just by smelling it, it can increase congnitive ability

Health Benefits Of Garlic
  • Effective at reducing and treating the common cold
  • Anti-cancer properties
  • Helps reduce blood pressure
  • Aids in reducing impotence
Your fat burning diet should be constantly evolving into a better organism.  Incrementally make changes so they become sticking habbits.  Don’t try to go from eating cheeseburgers and shakes every day to salad and chicken – you will end up binge eating from the massive change in caloric intake. Take it slow and be paitent, results will come.

Fat Burning Diets – How To Maximize Two Week Fat Loss

Posted under low carb diet menu

Creating a fat burning diet that works for everyone is practically impossible, as no one person is exactly the same.  I think there are some diets that work really well ,but there are also some simple ways you can get a jump on accelerating fat loss today.

Crash Diets Are Effective For Short Time Periods

If you want to quickly lose some weight, you can try a crash diet.  It will only work for a maximum of two weeks before your body adapts and starts conserving fat.  The other problem with crash diets is they aren’t healthy over the long term, as you’ll be eating a limited selection of food in most cases.

Short Term Crash Diets – Fat Burning Diets Are The Fastest Way To Create A Calorie Deficit

If your body requires 2,500 calories a day and you create a 1000 calorie deficit you save yourself close to 2 hours on the treadmill EVERYDAY.  It’s pretty hard to run at a decent pace for 2 hours everyday, or you could just easily drop your overall caloric intake to create a simillar effect.  Again, this is a temporary solution as eating such a low amount of calories will actually hurt you than help you over the long haul.  This is a great way to make some quick body fat reductions.

Sample Crash Diet To Follow Before Starting A Healthy Fat Burning Diet

  1. Only eat 1000 – 1500 calories depending on your build, gender, and muscle mass
  2. Of course, dont stop taking your multivitamin.  You are taking a daily multivitamin aren’t you?
  3. Eat fat, but only mono and polyunstaurated fats.  Think nuts and olive oil.
  4. Protein, Protein, Protein – Eat A LOT OF PROTEIN
  5. Try to shoot for 3 – 4 cups of coffee a day for the fat burning effect of caffeine
  6. Drink about a gallon of water

What you should be eating mainly on this diet is 2-3 fruits for carbs, 2-4 veggies for carbs and the rest of your food should be plain lean chicken or fish lightly drizzled with olive oil.  In about two weeks you will see a dramatic change in your body.  Then, once the two weeks is over, gradually increase your calorie intake to your normal levels while increasing your exercise intensity, volume, and duraiton and you will be able to mainatin the rapid fat loss you worked so hard for.  Then, you should stick too a good fat burning diet to keep it off and stay healthy.

Posted under low carb diet menu, low fat diet plan

If you have a concern about your overall bad fat intake and would like to reduce likely hood of having heart disease and other ailments caused by saturated fat and trans fats, there are a lot of ways that you can modify your diet to reduce your intake of foods that include these types of fats.  The best way to do this is to follow a low fat diet plan.

Implementing a low fat diet plan will significantly decrease your risk of heart disease.  It will also aid in reducing other ailments and diseases caused by eating unhealthy foods.  There are various books and tools you can find on the internet to aid in constructing a low fat diet plan.

One of the easiest ways to start reducing your fat intake is to eliminate convenience foods which will have a nice side effect of lowering your overall cholesterol and salt intake.

Even if your diet is perfect you can still get heart diease due to other factors such as genetics.  A low fat diet plan will help you regardless of genetic factors.  Everyone can still benefit from eating better and potentially saving themselves from costly future health problems.

The problem with convenience foods is they are high in saturated and trans fats which are tasty killers.  It is documented that transfats can harden and clog your ateries, increase your blood pressure, and increase your blood levels of LDL (bad) cholesterol, all of which can lead to a stroke or heart attack.

If you take action today and implement a diet with less saturated fat and trans fats you can seriously prevent a lot of health problems down the line.  Find a good low fat diet plan and implement it now to change your overall health picture.

A low fat diet plan doesn’t mean a NO fat diet plan.  It’s still very important that you eat the right types of fats, such as olive oil, nuts, grape seed oil, and avocados.

The Structure of a Quality Fat Burning Diet

Posted under fat burning diets, low carb diet menu

You can’t expect your fat burning diet to be effective without regular exercise.  If the amount of calories eat is greater than the amount your body uses, then the extra calories will get stored as body fat.  Just because you are eating better quality food doesn’t guarantee fat burning.  You still need to control your calories as part of your fat burning diet.

Some foods will actually increase your metabolism and help your burn fat.  Good fat burning diets will tell what exactly to eat to maximally increase your metabolism to burn body fat.  Once you start seeing results with your new diet, it will not longer be a diet, it will be just the way you eat and part of your every day lifestyle.

Long term weight loss and body composition change requires a healthy lifestyle adaptation.  A quality fat burning diet such as Tom Venuto’s “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” which I highly reccomend, relays this information.  Please click the green “Find Out More” button on the right if you want a diet that encourages permanent, healthy changes to your lifestyle.  It follows a sensible approach to burning fat by decreasing food intake and perscribing an exercise program that fits with your current conditioning.

Consistent exercise and eating the right foods are the keys to the modern day fountain of youth.  Exercise slows down the aging process, keeps your bones strong, keeps your skin healthy, wards off disease, keeps your heart and lungs working effectivley, and give you a sense of well-being amongst countless other benefits.  Exercise and a great diet combined will lower your blood pressure and increase your insulin sensitivity.  Oh, if you have trouble sleeping exercise can fix that too.

if you’re a beginner to exercise don’t come out of the gate 100%.  You need to gradually increase your exercise volume and intensity.  If you do too much too early you will be very sore and most likely discouraged to sart again. Stick with three sessions a week when your first start, and then gradually increase depending on how you feel.

Short term diets can give you the quick results you want if you need to get toned up quickly before a competition or just want to shed some pounds before your next vacation.  If you want lasting body composition and body fat change then you will have to change your lifestyle with a quality fat burning diet.
